Statement of Faith

We believe that God is, that He is eternal and that He created all things

We believe that God is manifested in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

We acknowledge that the Son, Jesus Christ, is Lord of the church and the universe

We believe that Jesus provided for our salvation and redemption through His death and resurrection

We turn in repentance from our sins, accept His forgiveness, acknowledge Him as our Savior and submit control of our lives to His Lordship

We accept the gift of the Holy Spirit who dwells within us and among

We practice believer’s baptism as a symbol of our death to sin and our resurrection to a new life in Christ

We believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant written Word of God

We accept the Bible as our authority for what we believe and how we live

We believe that the ministry of the Holy Spirit is essential for the understanding of God’s Word

We believe in life after death with the believer experiencing everlasting joy in the presence of God and the unbeliever enduring everlasting punishment
